Another Update On Sandy ::

I got this earlier today via Buster from Sandy's husband, Sam:

Just a short note,
I am sitting here with Sandy at Providence Neurology rehab center in Anchorage. Sandy is doing well and improving daily.
She is able to raise her right arm and is feeding herself and getting most of her food to her mouth. She has been walking with a walker and within a short while should be graduated to a cane. They have been working with us on entering and exiting cars and aircraft seats.
Also have been teaching her on entering and exiting bath tubs, standing at kitchen stoves,ec't. Sandys speach is about the same she has to speak slower or maybe I have to listen faster.
The people here are impressed with her progress and if she continues as well as she has been her stay may be shorter than expected and transferred to outpatient status.
We have enjoyed support from family and friends, and still have quite a few laughs usually at Sandys expense.
Sandy sends her best to all and thank you for your good thoughts and prayers.
