My niece, Denise, delivered a healthy baby girl this morning-8lbs 15oz. This will be the first granddaughter for my brother, Bill, but he has 3 grandsons. I was hoping to come visit shortly after the birth, but I got grabbed by either a cold or a flu bug this morning and I'm certainly not going to subject a new mother and a newborn to the risk of a bug. I'm hoping to make the trip when I'm over this this and I'll post my plans before I leave. Maybe some of us can get together for coffee? I don't remember seeing a Starbucks in Camden yet, but I seem to remember a coffee shop on the main drag which may also have wi-fi.
I'm off to bed with the hopes that the cough and runny nose will be gone tomorrow!
